
2026 Tencent Advertising Algorithm Competition officially launched
36Kr learned that recently, the 2026 Tencent Advertising Algorithm Competition has officially launched. This competition is co-hosted by Tencent Advertising and the top international conference KDD. The competition focuses on the core unresolved issue of the next-generation recommendation architecture in the industry—“the unification of sequence modeling and feature interaction for large-scale recommendations.” Participants need to handle both multi-field sequences and non-sequential features within a single architecture, outputting the predicted conversion rate (pCVR) for the target advertisement. Tencent will provide participants with high-performance computing power and support with real desensitized business data. The results of the competition will be included in the official agenda of the KDD Workshop, and winning solutions will have the opportunity for academic publication
