While they focus on short-term gains, they place greater importance on the long-term value of AI in enhancing market position, expanding strategic development space, and creating new growth opportunities. However, 61% of financial institutions allocate less than 10% of their technology budget to AI, indicating a gap of 30% to 40% between AI investment and actual demand in the industry. Respondents indicated that the investment returns from AI projects are reflected in reduced risks, improved compliance efficiency, increased revenue, and lower costs. 57% of the surveyed institutions are using AI to enhance employee productivity.
