# YHLO: Involved in illegal information disclosure, received an administrative penalty decision

On March 17, YHLO (688575.SH) announced that the company received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau on March 17, 2026. Due to inaccurate and incomplete information disclosed in the announcement regarding the signing of a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Brain-Computer Star Link on January 6, 2026, which involved technical routes and product situations, the company was ordered to correct the information, warned, and fined 4 million yuan; Chairman Hu Kunhui was warned and fined 2 million yuan; Board Secretary Wang Mingyang was warned and fined 1.5 million yuan. The company stated that this penalty does not involve delisting circumstances, and its operations are currently normal.
