# Microvast, Dragonfly Energy, Natural Gas Services And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 0.1% on Tuesday.

Shares of **Microvast Holdings Inc** (NASDAQ:MVST) fell sharply in pre-market trading after reporting weak quarterly results.

Microvast reported quarterly losses of 11 cents per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of profit of 2 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $96.399 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $133.755 million.

Microvast shares dipped 22.9% to $1.78 in pre-market trading.

-   **Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp** (NASDAQ:DFLI) dipped 24.4% to $2.21 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter adjusted EPS results and issued first-quarter sales guidance below estimates.
-   **Natural Gas Services Group, Inc.** (NYSE:NGS) declined 7.4% to $33.90 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed fourth-quarter financial results.
-   **AXT Inc** (NASDAQ:AXTI) declined 6% to $45.50 in pre-market trading.
-   **Rhythm Pharmaceuticals In**c (NASDAQ:RYTM) fell 5% to $86.00 in pre-market trading after the company announced topline results from its Phase 3 EMANATE trial missed its primary endpoints.
-   **GDS Holdings Ltd – ADR** (NASDAQ:GDS) fell 5% to $41.00 in pre-market trading.
-   **Oxford Lane Capital Corp** (NASDAQ:OXLC) declined 4.7% to $8.14 in pre-market trading. Oxford Lane Capital recently priced $60 million offering of 2.4 million preferred shares at $25/share.
-   **New Mountain Finance Corp**. (NASDAQ:NMFC) fell 4.6% to $7.42 in pre-market trading.
-   **Coherent Corp** (NYSE:COHR) declined 4.4% to $236.50 in pre-market trading.
-   **Applied Optoelectronics Inc** (NASDAQ:AAOI) fell 4.3% to $90.00 in pre-market trading.
-   **HUYA Inc – ADR** (NYSE:HUYA) shares dipped 4.1% to $3.32 in pre-market trading as the company posted weak quarterly results.
