The average room rate was HKD 4,524, an increase of approximately 6.1% year-on-year. The occupancy rate was 76%, an increase of 7 percentage points year-on-year. In terms of rental properties, the average monthly rent per square foot for residential and shopping mall properties during the period was HKD 48 and HKD 135, respectively, representing year-on-year increases of 4.3% and 0.7%. The average monthly rent per square foot for office buildings was HKD 65, a year-on-year decrease of 1.5%.
