# Gansu Rural Commercial Bank registered and established: registered capital exceeds 44.9 billion yuan, with multiple provincial state-owned enterprises holding shares

Tianyancha information shows that on March 17, Gansu Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. officially completed its industrial and commercial registration, with a registered capital of 44.9187 billion yuan. The bank's shareholders include Gansu Energy Chemical Investment Group Co., Ltd., Gansu Provincial Highway Transportation Construction Group Co., Ltd., Gansu Provincial Local Financial Society, Jiuquan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., Gansu State-owned Assets Investment Group Co., Ltd., Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd., and Gansu Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. Except for the Gansu Provincial Local Financial Society, the other six shareholders are all state-owned enterprises in Gansu Province. In terms of personnel, Tianyancha information shows that Wang Wenyong is the chairman of Gansu Rural Commercial Bank, with Yu Wenbao, Han Bao, Li Zhenyu, Chen Jinhui, Luo Jinbo, Liu Ningli, Sun Jianhua, and Dong Ximiao as directors of the bank.
