The second phase of the Jurong Island Logistics Center continued to progress in March, with the construction of the third and fourth floors underway. COSCO Shipping International (Singapore) revealed that the project is being invested in by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gao Sheng Holdings, with an investment of SGD 14 million, aimed at meeting the logistics service needs of businesses on Jurong Island. The second phase covers an area of 2.5 hectares, with a total floor area of 62,500 square meters, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, which will double the warehousing space.
