# The yield on the UK's two-year government bonds rose by more than 6 basis points

On Wednesday (March 18), in the European market's late trading session, the yield on the UK 10-year government bond rose by 4.8 basis points to 4.742%. At 18:34 Beijing time, it refreshed the daily low to 4.642%, and then continued to rise, reaching a daily high of 4.763% at 22:43. The yield on the 2-year UK bond increased by 6.4 basis points to 4.105%. The yield on the 30-year UK bond rose by 4.0 basis points, and the yield on the 50-year UK bond increased by 5.5 basis points. The yield spread between the 2-year and 10-year UK bonds fell by 1.565 basis points to +63.566 basis points
