# The new project "Kai Tak Parkview" sold a three-bedroom sea view unit for HKD 17.557 million, setting a new high for the project

New World Development (00017.HK) partnered with FE CONSORT INTL (00035.HK) to sell 2 units via tender yesterday (18th), cashing out HKD 25.617 million. Among them, Unit A on the 19th floor of Block III of the project enjoys a panoramic yacht sea view, with a usable area of 666 square feet, designed as a three-bedroom suite, and the transaction price was HKD 17.557 million, with a price per square foot of HKD 26,362, setting a new high for the project.

Since the completion of the building, the project has sold 255 units, cashing out over HKD 2 billion. Since the launch of sales, a total of 912 units have been sold, with total cashing out exceeding HKD 6.6 billion
