CKI HOLDINGS (1038.HK) reported a net profit of HKD 8.265 billion last year, an increase of 1.84% year-on-year, with a final dividend of HKD 1.88 per share. During the period, revenue was HKD 41.679 billion, up 6.91% year-on-year. The group stated that the sale of UK Power Networks is expected to be completed in the first half of 2026
