China Development Bank issued a 3-year bond with a scale of 3 billion yuan, an issuance rate of 1.4639%, an expected rate of 1.4900%, a bid multiple of 3.67 times, and a marginal multiple of 3.40 times;  
China Development Bank issued a 5-year bond with a scale of 9 billion yuan, an issuance rate of 1.6397%, an expected rate of 1.6500%, a bid multiple of 4.58 times, and a marginal multiple of 6.83 times;  
China Development Bank issued a 10-year bond with a scale of 17 billion yuan, an issuance rate of 1.9281%, an expected rate of 1.9300%, a bid multiple of 3.20 times, and a marginal multiple of 1.13 times
