# TSMC Stock Is Still a Buy as the 'Nvidia Flip' Reshapes Tech

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSM) stock is still a buy as the "Nvidia (NVDA) Flip" reshapes tech with artificial intelligence (AI) chips taking over smartphones as the primary growth engine. For years, the tech world's pulse was essentially just the iPhone's production schedule, but TSMC's record February sales now signal a clear regime change. AI silicon has finally dethroned the smartphone.

Interestingly, despite the geopolitical noise and the stock's vertical climb, the momentum here is just too big to ignore. Shares don't trade at a crazy valuation, either, at roughly 23x forward earnings. Hence, I remain bullish on TSM today.
