The ET9 Horizon Edition featuring the new themes starts at RMB 818,000 ($118,700), including the battery pack. If consumers opt for the BaaS (battery as a service) plan, the starting price drops to RMB 710,000. This pricing is identical to that of the regular ET9 Horizon Edition. The ET9 featuring the new themes is limited to a run of 199 units. It currently has a starting price of RMB 768,000. In September 2025, Nio introduced the ET9 Horizon Edition, featuring a two-tone paint job and exclusive design elements. Last November, the company added new theme colors to this edition. In January of this year, Nio released another ET9 limited edition, restricted to just nine units, to commemorate its one-millionth vehicle production milestone. The practice of rolling out special edition models continues a business strategy frequently employed by Nio and its sub-brands over the past year. Deliveries of the ET9 reached a record 810 units in April 2025 — its first full month of deliveries — but have since experienced a significant decline.
