# JINHUI HOLDINGS sells a vessel, expected to realize approximately 35.8 million yuan

JINHUI HOLDINGS (00137.HK) announced the sale of a vessel with a deadweight of 63,435 tons, built in 2014 and registered in Hong Kong, to Huaya Maritime Corporation for USD 24 million. It is expected to realize a book gain of approximately HKD 35.8 million, and the net proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes, including repaying short-term loans.

Currently, the company operates a fleet of 21 vessels, of which 18 are owned vessels and 3 are leased vessels, with a total deadweight carrying capacity of approximately 1.7 million tons. Among the owned vessels, two have been arranged under sale and leaseback agreements.

Huaya Maritime Corporation is majority-owned by Zhu Guohua, who is its ultimate beneficial owner
