Based on this round of capital increase of RMB 4 billion, the company is expected to hold about 5.88% of its registered capital after the completion of this capital increase. The specific terms are subject to the final agreement signed by all parties. It is reported that Rongxin Semiconductor was established in April 2021 and is the first 12-inch integrated circuit wafer foundry enterprise in China to adopt a market-oriented capital operation model. It focuses on the 28 to 180 nanometer mature process technology track, with its main business including wafer foundry for mixed-signal, analog, and logic integrated circuits. It emphasizes foundry services in specialty process areas such as image sensors, analog chips, and mixed-signal chips, as well as foundry services for edge logic chips and computing power chips used in AI-related fields.
