# The chemical sector's medium to long-term prosperity is expected to rise, continuously pay attention to the investment value of the chemical industry ETF E Fund (516570)

This week, the CSI Petrochemical Industry Index fell by 9.2%, and the CSI Rare Earth Industry Index fell by 10.5%.

Huatai Securities pointed out that in the medium to long term, driven by the exit of high-energy-consuming facilities in Europe and the United States and economic growth in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, going abroad has become an important growth engine for the domestic chemical industry; the industry's capital expenditure growth rate has continued to decline since June 2025, and under supply-side optimization, the prosperity in 2026 is expected to rise.
