# SHANSHAN brand and SHANSHAN Group have entered into a trademark licensing agreement

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SHANSHAN (01749) has entered into a trademark licensing agreement with SHANSHAN Group. Under this agreement, SHANSHAN Group agrees to grant the Group an exclusive license to use the licensed trademark for its business operations, as well as the right to authorize third parties to use the licensed trademark solely for the Group's business operations. The term of the trademark licensing agreement is from April 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029
