# Drones welcome their own compulsory insurance!

China's low-altitude economy sector has begun to take steps towards mandatory liability insurance. Recently, Chongqing officially launched a pilot program for mandatory liability insurance for unmanned aerial vehicles and achieved its first transaction breakthrough. Many regions have included "low-altitude economy" in their local 14th Five-Year Plans
