ZHONGLIANG HLDG (02772.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of between RMB 4 billion and 4.5 billion for the fiscal year 2025, compared to a loss of RMB 2.4 billion in the previous year. The widening loss is mainly due to the continued adjustment of the domestic real estate market, a decrease in property delivery volume, leading to a decline in revenue from sold properties and a reduction in gross profit, as well as further impairment of property projects and other assets
