VALA (02051.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of between RMB 140 million and RMB 160 million for the fiscal year 2025, compared to a loss of RMB 57 million in the previous year. The anticipated loss is mainly due to losses from the disposal of subsidiaries and associates; the cessation of new business in the credit matchmaking segment leading to a decrease in overall net profit; and a significant increase in marketing and operating costs for Vala's automotive business within the valalife segment
