KOWLOON DEV (00034.HK) announced its performance for the fiscal year 2025, with operating revenue of HKD 4.953 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 8.1%. It recorded a net profit of HKD 131 million, an increase of 12.9%, with earnings per share of HKD 0.10. A final dividend of HKD 0.14 was declared.

During the year, the basic profit was HKD 628 million, an increase of 39.6%, with basic earnings per share of HKD 0.48
