# "Profit Warning" GRANDPHARMA forecasts last year's profit halved to 1.25 billion yuan

GRANDPHARMA (00512.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a profit of between HKD 1.2 billion and HKD 1.25 billion for the fiscal year 2025, compared to HKD 2.47 billion recorded in the previous year. The decrease in profit is mainly due to a fair value loss of approximately HKD 330 million from equity investments listed outside of Hong Kong; and the gross profit of certain products decreased by over HKD 600 million due to the impact of centralized drug procurement price reductions
