On March 22, at the China Development Forum 2026 annual meeting, TCL founder and chairman Li Dongsheng stated: "The process of China's economic globalization still has enormous potential. As the main body of the economy, enterprises should also actively expand foreign investment and international cooperation. Chinese enterprises need to achieve a global transformation, enter the 'Globalization 3.0 stage', root themselves overseas, integrate into local communities, enhance global resource allocation capabilities, and shift from pursuing GDP growth to focusing on GNP growth."
