According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TY PHAR. (002728.SZ) released its annual report for 2025, showing an operating income of 925 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 34.42%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 81.6716 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 298.50%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, was 79.579 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 328.94%. The basic earnings per share were 0.16 yuan.

With steady recovery in operating income, particularly driven by a significant rebound in sales of the core product "TY" brand cough relief tablets, the company's operating profit has improved significantly.

In addition, it plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders
