G-RESOURCES (01051.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a profit of approximately USD 97 million for the fiscal year 2025, compared to USD 48 million recorded in the previous year. This is mainly due to a significant increase of USD 70 million in fair value gains from financial assets and perpetual notes investments, although this was partially offset by a decrease of approximately USD 15 million in interest income
