NJEC (00699.HK) announced that it will acquire a 12.4236% stake in Anhui NJEC from an industrial fund for a price of 2.516 billion RMB, which will be paid using its own funds and bank loans. Upon completion, the company will hold 69.54% of the registered capital of Anhui NJEC, whose main business is the manufacturing of automotive components
