# Luxi River completes A+ round financing

DoNews reported on March 24 that recently, the parent company of Luxihe River, Luxihe River Food (Group) Co., Ltd., completed A+ round financing, with investors including Qicheng Capital and Housheng Investment.

In this change of business registration information, three new shareholders were added: Quanzhou Haisi Houjiu Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), Times Taurus HK Investment Limited, and Zhangjiagang Qicheng Huguang Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), with shareholding ratios of 9.2239%, 3.6895%, and 0.6149%, respectively.

According to Tianyancha information, the associated institutions of the newly added shareholders are Qicheng Capital and Housheng Investment. The founder Huang Jin, who serves as the legal representative of Nanjing Yuanjiao Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., has exited the shareholder list, having held a shareholding ratio of 4.2814% before exiting
