# NONGFU SPRING financial report: Revenue surpasses 50 billion for the first time, Zhong Shanshan praises the new management team

According to a report from the Beijing News (Reporter Wang Ziyang), on March 24, the beverage company NONGFU SPRING announced its fiscal year 2025 performance. During the reporting period, the company's revenue reached 52.553 billion yuan, surpassing the 50 billion yuan mark for the first time, with a year-on-year growth of 22.5%. The profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders was 15.868 billion yuan, an increase of 30.9% compared to 2024.

According to the financial report, NONGFU SPRING's bottled water business has resumed growth in 2025, with revenue of 18.709 billion yuan, a 17.3% increase compared to the same period in 2024, accounting for 35.6% of total revenue. Currently, NONGFU SPRING continues to hold the top position in China's packaged drinking water market share. In 2025, NONGFU SPRING added three new water sources: Badagong Mountain in Hunan, Longmenshan in Sichuan, and Nyainqentanglha in Tibet, and in 2026, it added the water source from Jiaozi Snow Mountain in Yunnan. Currently, NONGFU SPRING has established 16 high-quality water sources nationwide. Over the past nearly 30 years, NONGFU SPRING has laid out a water diversion system and production network across the country, creating a stable connection between water sources and consumer markets. Although the average transportation radius from a single factory reaches 500 kilometers or even farther, the overall efficiency has continuously improved through large-scale layout.

In terms of beverage business, NONGFU SPRING's tea beverage segment saw a revenue growth of 29%, surpassing 20 billion yuan, reaching 21.596 billion yuan, which accounts for 14.1% of total revenue; functional beverages and juice beverages recorded double-digit high growth rates of 16.8% and 26.7%, respectively. When Dongfang Shuye was launched in 2011, it did not belong to mainstream demand. However, as "reducing sugar beverage intake" gradually became a consensus, sugar-free beverages began to enter daily consumption scenarios, and sugar-free tea, being closer to its natural form, became one of the most accepted categories.

In this performance announcement, NONGFU SPRING's founder Zhong Shanshan particularly congratulated the company's new management team, praising them for withstanding public opinion challenges and becoming increasingly mature. This statement signifies that the company is transitioning from "founder-driven" to "team-driven."
