# HAIDILAO opened down 4%, last year's net profit fell 14%, and the final dividend was reduced

HAIDILAO (06862.HK) opened down 4% this morning (25th), reporting HKD 15.35, with a pre-market transaction of 158,000 shares, involving HKD 2.4253 million.

The group announced its full-year results for the year ending December last year after the market closed yesterday, with revenue of RMB 43.225 billion, an increase of 1.1% year-on-year. Net profit was RMB 4.05 billion, a decrease of 14% year-on-year; earnings per share were HKD 0.75. A final dividend of HKD 0.384 was declared. The final dividend for the same period last year was HKD 0.507. According to non-International Financial Reporting Standards, the core operating profit for last year was RMB 5.403 billion, a decrease of 13.3%.

As of December 31, 2025, HAIDILAO operates a total of 1,383 restaurants under its brand. Among them, there are 1,304 self-operated restaurants, with 79 new openings during the year; there are 79 franchised restaurants, with 21 new openings during the year, and 45 self-operated restaurants converted to franchised during the year. During the reporting period, 85 self-operated restaurants were proactively closed due to underperformance or relocated due to commercial landmark migration or aging facilities
