# Guotai Junan UBS Fund to Gradually Close Online Settlement Channel

Guotai Junan UBS Fund announced that since the launch of its 'Guotai Junan UBS Silver Fund' mini-program on February 26, significant progress has been made in settlements. According to Jin10, the majority of investors have completed settlements, with over 95% of those affected by amounts greater than 1,000 yuan having resolved their issues. The company stated that maintaining the online settlement channel requires substantial resources from all parties involved. As a result, they plan to gradually reduce and eventually close the online settlement channel based on the progress of settlements. Guotai Junan UBS Fund emphasized that the announcement serves as a buffer for the eventual closure of the channel. They assured that communication channels will remain open for the minority of investors who have not yet settled, supporting them in resolving their claims through settlement, mediation, arbitration, or other legal means.
