# TRINA SOLAR: Plans to establish a joint venture company to enhance the capabilities of photovoltaic energy system solutions

36Kr learned that Trina Solar announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Trina Solar (Changzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Trina Technology") plans to jointly invest with Trina Xingyuan (Zhejiang) Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Xingyao Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) to establish a joint venture company, with a proposed registered capital not exceeding 100 million yuan. Trina Technology plans to invest no more than 45 million yuan, accounting for 45%. This investment aims to leverage the company's technological advantages in photovoltaic, energy storage, and other energy system solutions to expand cross-domain applications in related new scenarios
