# YUNNAN ENERGY announced its 2025 performance, with a net loss of HKD 898,000, turning from profit to loss year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUNNAN ENERGY (01298) announced its 2025 performance, with revenue of approximately HKD 393 million, a year-on-year decrease of 31.9%; a net loss of HKD 898,000, a shift from profit to loss year-on-year; and a loss per share of HKD 0.33.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly attributed to the decline in revenue and gross profit from the supply chain business, which was primarily due to a decrease in demand for several agricultural products, including ginseng, as well as the group's implementation of stricter risk assessment measures, leading to a reduction in the scale of several commodity businesses, including electrolytic copper
