# ZHONG JU INVEST: Liu Yuan has been appointed as Executive Director

According to the announcement from ZHONG JU INVEST (01959), Mr. Liu Yuan has been appointed as the executive director and chairman of the board of the company, effective March 25, 2026.

Mr. Luo Houjie has resigned as chairman of the board, effective March 25, 2026. Due to Mr. Luo's resignation as chairman, executive director Mr. Liu has been appointed as chairman of the board to succeed Mr. Luo, effective March 25, while Mr. Luo remains the executive director and CEO of the company.

Effective March 25, 2026, Mr. Liu has been appointed as the chairman of the company's nomination committee to succeed Mr. Luo, who has resigned as chairman and member of the nomination committee as of the same date
