SINO-OCEAN SERV (06677.HK) announced that it will acquire 191 parking spaces located in mainland China from its controlling shareholder SINO-OCEAN GP (03377.HK) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Yuanxin for a total consideration of RMB 31.33 million, which will be settled by offsetting the receivables payable by Beijing Yuanxin
