# Coolpad Group independent director Guo Jinghui is under investigation by the Shenzhen Supervisory Committee and has been detained, but business operations are normal

According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 26th, COOLPAD GROUP (02369) announced that, based on a notification from the Shenzhen Municipal Supervisory Committee, independent non-executive director Guo Jinghui is currently under investigation by the committee and has been subjected to detention measures. The group stated that it has not received any requests from the committee for assistance in the investigation or for any information, and business operations are normal.

The group indicated that Guo Jinghui is also a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee. He does not hold any other positions and is not involved in daily operations or management. Other directors and senior management are performing their duties normally, and the matter is expected to have no significant impact on operations and business activities. The board is currently assessing the situation and will consider making necessary arrangements regarding the positions and responsibilities held by Guo Jinghui. (wh)
