Copper cultural products company TONGSHIFU (0664.HK) will conduct its IPO from March 23 to 26, raising HKD 230 million in margin loans from brokers, with a public offering fundraising amount of HKD 50.37 million, oversubscribed by 3.6 times.

TONGSHIFU plans to issue 74.068 million H shares, with 10% available for public offering in Hong Kong. The offering price ranges from HKD 60 to HKD 68, raising up to HKD 500 million. Each lot consists of 100 shares, with an entry fee of HKD 6,868.6. TONGSHIFU expects to be listed on March 31, with CMB International as the sole sponsor.

Since its establishment, Hangzhou TONGSHIFU Cultural (Group) Co., Ltd. has focused on integrating traditional craftsmanship with modern design and everyday usage scenarios to develop copper cultural products. According to industry reports, as of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, the group ranks first in China's copper cultural craft products market by total revenue, with a market share of up to 35%, making it a leading enterprise in this niche sector.

The group's products are categorized into four main types based on materials and craftsmanship: copper cultural products, plastic dolls and toys, silver cultural products, and gold cultural products. Among them, copper cultural products remain the core category of the group's product matrix, with the "Copper Gourd Series" and "Great Sage Series" being the most representative and best-selling product lines.
