# HAIDILAO (6862) net profit fell 14% to 4.05 billion yuan

Haidilao (6862.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ending December 2025, reporting a double-digit decline in profit, primarily due to a decrease in table turnover rates and adjustments in product and scenario innovation models. The annual net profit fell by 14% year-on-year to RMB 4.05 billion, while core operating profit also decreased by 13.3% year-on-year to RMB 5.4 billion; in terms of dividends, a final dividend of HKD 0.384 was declared, with a total annual dividend of HKD 0.722.

The revenue structure showed significant differentiation: overall revenue slightly increased by 1.1% year-on-year to RMB 43.23 billion, with restaurant operating revenue decreasing by 4.4% year-on-year to RMB 39.03 billion, while the takeaway business became a growth highlight, with revenue soaring by 111.9% year-on-year to RMB 2.66 billion, mainly benefiting from the rapid expansion of the "side dishes" business. In terms of dine-in operating indicators, Haidilao restaurant system sales fell by 3.7% year-on-year; the average table turnover rate of self-operated restaurants decreased from 4.1 times/day in 2024 to 3.9 times/day in 2025; however, the average customer spending in self-operated restaurants still saw a slight year-on-year increase of 0.2% to RMB 97.7.

Cost pressures have increased: last year's costs of raw materials and consumables rose by 8.1% year-on-year to RMB 17.53 billion, accounting for an increase of 2.6 percentage points to 40.5% of total revenue.

In terms of store layout, by the end of 2025, the Haidilao brand operated a total of 1,383 restaurants, of which self-operated restaurants decreased by 51 year-on-year to 1,304, while franchised restaurants increased significantly by 66 year-on-year to 79, reflecting the group's strategic direction of promoting self-operated to franchised models; multi-brand layout continued to expand, with the group operating 20 restaurant sub-brands in addition to the main Haidilao brand, totaling 207 restaurants
