# News: Last year, the number of stores surged, and GUMING's profits more than doubled

Mainland tea beverage brand **GUMING Holdings Limited** (1364.HK) announced its **2025 fiscal year results** on Wednesday, with revenue increasing by 46.9% year-on-year to 12.9 billion yuan, and profit more than doubling to 3.11 billion yuan. However, adjusted profit was 2.57 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 67%.

GUMING stated that 80% of its revenue comes from franchisees, and the significant increase in revenue and profit during the period was mainly due to the expansion of its store network and an increase in total GMV. The company's gross profit margin also rose from 30.6% in 2024 to 33% at the end of last year.

As of the end of last year, GUMING's network covered 200 cities in China, with a total of 13,554 stores, an increase of 36.7% from 9,914 stores in 2024.

On Thursday, GUMING's stock opened up 5.3% at 27.6 Hong Kong dollars, with the company's stock price rising more than 1.7 times compared to last year.
