# ZG International's first platform processing plant in Dubai Industrial City officially commenced production

36Kr learned that on March 26, local time in Dubai, ZG GROUP officially launched its smart processing plant in Dubai, marking the first platform-type processing plant in Dubai Industrial City, with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons upon reaching full capacity. As early as 2015, ZG GROUP began to layout its overseas business around the Belt and Road Initiative, starting with serving state-owned enterprises going abroad by providing one-stop steel supply chain services. After more than a decade of deep cultivation, ZG International has established localized subsidiaries in several countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia
