# In the new project, Central Yayingfeng has launched 3 units on all floors of 22 buildings. The developer: prices are expected to have room for adjustment due to limited sales

Central Mid-Levels Ya Ying Feng, developed by PCPD (00432.HK) and CSI PROPERTIES (00497.HK), announced yesterday (26th) the final three units of the "CENTRUM COLLECTION" series on the 22nd floor, which will be sold through tender next Monday (30th).

The newly launched units include three units A, B, and C on the 22nd floor, featuring layouts ranging from three-bedroom one-suite with a study to three-bedroom two-suites with a dressing room and study, with usable areas ranging from 1,017 to 1,074 square feet. Among them, the 22nd floor B unit will be sold with furniture and decoration included.

Chen Wai Chi, Sales and Marketing Director of PCPD, stated that these three units, being the last few three-bedroom units in the series, will be highly coveted by the developer. It is expected that there will be room for price increases, with both price per square foot and transaction prices likely to set new highs for the project
