# The three major A-share indices in Shanghai and Shenzhen rose by 0.3% to 0.9% in the first half of the day, with lithium mining stocks taking turns to rally and innovative drug concept stocks rising

U.S. President Trump has extended the suspension of attacks on Iranian energy facilities until the 6th of next month. The central parity rate of the RMB against the USD is reported at 6.89141, an increase of 85 points from the previous day. The People's Bank of China today (27th) conducted a 146.2 billion RMB (same below) seven-day reverse repurchase operation in the open market, with the operation rate remaining at 1.4%. Today, 20.5 billion RMB of reverse repos are maturing, resulting in a net injection of 125.7 billion RMB for the day.

In the first two months, profits of large-scale industrial enterprises in China increased by 15.2% year-on-year, with the growth rate accelerating by 14.6 percentage points compared to the entire previous year. The three major A-share indices opened lower but rose higher. The Shanghai Composite Index closed at 3,899 points, up 10 points or 0.3%, with a turnover of 490.8 billion RMB; the Shenzhen Component Index closed at 13,732 points, up 125 points or 0.9%, with a turnover of 649.8 billion RMB; the ChiNext Index closed at 3,299 points, up 27 points or 0.8%, with a turnover of 276 billion RMB.

Banking stocks are slightly weak, with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (601398.SH) and China Construction Bank (601939.SH) about to announce their earnings, both stocks fell by 0.5% and 1% respectively. China Life Insurance (601628.SH) continued to drop by 1.2%. China Mobile (600941.SH) fell by 0.9%, with its 2025 shareholder profit expected to be 137.1 billion RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 0.9%.

Chip stocks are stable, with Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (688981.SH) A shares rising by 0.5%, its annual net profit is 685 million USD, a year-on-year increase of 39%. Hua Hong Semiconductor (688347.SH) A shares rose by 0.3%, its annual net profit is 54.88 million USD, down 5.6%, and no dividend is declared. AI chip stock Cambricon Technologies (688256.SH) fell by 0.8%.

Domestic GPU stocks are slightly weak, with Muxi Co., Ltd. (688802.SH) falling by 1.3%, its net loss for 2025 narrowed to 789 million RMB. Moore Threads (688795.SH) fell by 1.2%, the company launched the "Quantum Super Intelligent" integrated computing platform in collaboration with Silicon Zhen chips.

Optical communication concept stocks are rising, with Tai Jing Technology (603738.SH) hitting the daily limit. Tengjing Technology (688195.SH) rose by 8.7%.

Innovative drug concept stocks are rising, with WBDE (002082.SZ) and Menovo (603538.SH) both hitting the daily limit.

In addition, CATL (300750.SZ) opened high and rose by 3.1%. BYD (002594.SZ) also rose by 2.1%. Lithium mining stocks are being speculated in rotation, with Jiangte Electric (002176.SZ) hitting the daily limit. Yongxing Materials (002756.SZ) rose by 9.2%.

Haier Smart Home A shares (600690.SH) fell by 3.9%, with its 2025 net profit expected to be 19.553 billion RMB, a year-on-year growth of 4.39%, proposing a dividend of 8.867 RMB per share, and planning to repurchase A shares worth 3 to 6 billion RMB
