As of March 27, 2026, 13:21, the CSI Guoxin Central-SOEs Modern Energy Index fell by 0.09%. Among the constituent stocks, there were mixed performances: China Rare Earth led with a rise of 5.20%, State Grid Information & Communication increased by 3.23%, and Tongsheng Technology rose by 3.19%; while China Longyuan Power, Huadian New Energy, and others fell, with the energy-saving wind power leading the decline.

Against this backdrop, countries are shifting their policies towards "self-controllable," which, when reflected in the A-shares, benefits three major directions: new energy generation, energy storage, and grid equipment.

Data shows that as of February 27, 2026, the top ten weighted stocks in the CSI Guoxin Central-SOEs Modern Energy Index are: China Yangtze Power, Guodian NARI Technology, Aluminum Corporation of China, China National Nuclear Power, Yun Aluminum, Three Gorges Energy, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, China Power Construction, China Rare Earth, and China Petroleum, with the top ten weighted stocks accounting for a total of 46.47%.
