SHANGRI-LA ASIA (00069.HK) announced its full-year results for the year ending last December, with a revenue of USD 2.234 billion, an increase of 2.2% year-on-year. The net profit was HKD 112 million, a decrease of 30.4% year-on-year; earnings per share were HKD 0.0316. The final dividend was maintained at HKD 0.10. Including the interim dividend of HKD 0.05, the total annual dividend declared was HKD 0.15, unchanged year-on-year.

In terms of its Hong Kong operations, the hotel occupancy rate last year was 82%, an increase of 2 percentage points year-on-year, with revenue per room at HKD 232, an increase of 8% year-on-year. Driven by increased demand for business and leisure travel, the occupancy rate and revenue per room of the group's hotels in Hong Kong continued to improve. For the fiscal year 2025, the total revenue of the Hong Kong hotel properties is expected to increase by 5% to HKD 338 million
