# FIRST SERVICE Holdings released its annual performance report, with a loss attributable to shareholders of 52.406 million yuan, an increase of 334.11% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FIRST SERVICE (02107) announced its annual performance for the year ending December 31, 2025, reporting revenue of RMB 1.341 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.07%; the loss attributable to equity shareholders of the company was RMB 52.406 million, a year-on-year increase of 334.11%; basic loss per share was RMB 0.0467.

The announcement stated that revenue from property management services increased by approximately 5.1% from RMB 956 million for the year ending December 31, 2024, to RMB 1.006 billion for the year ending December 31, 2025. This increase was mainly due to some newly delivered projects from the previous year transitioning to normal operations this year
