YANKUANG ENERGY (01171.HK) announced that it plans to spin off its subsidiary Wubo Technology by issuing new overseas listed foreign shares and independently listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Currently, the company holds 45% of Wubo Technology's shares and effectively enjoys 51.32% of the voting rights
