Ning Hanhao and the Northern Metropolis Coordination Office team first introduced the overall planning and latest progress of the Northern Metropolis, as well as how to adopt a multi-pronged approach to accelerate development and attract investment. Subsequently, the delegation visited the wet laboratory building of the Hong Kong Park, which was officially opened last December, and listened to Sun Dong's introduction of the overall planning, industrial layout, and progress in attracting investment for the park. Chan Kwok-kee stated that this visit allowed the Singapore Prime Minister and his delegation to gain a deeper understanding of the overall planning and future development direction of the Northern Metropolis, as well as the potential investment and cooperation opportunities it brings to the Singapore business community and enterprises. The visit also further promoted communication and cooperation between Hong Kong and Singapore. He also pointed out that the Hong Kong Park of He Tao is one of the four major cooperation platforms in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, aiming to develop into a world-class technology innovation hub connecting the mainland and the international community, as well as an important source for the country's cultivation and development of new productive forces. He hopes that the two regions can further strengthen cooperation in innovation technology, talent exchange, and industrial collaboration to jointly promote regional innovation and technology development.
