# SICC: Striving to address the issue of unmade-up losses exceeding one-third of the total paid-in capital

SICC (02631.HK) announced that as of December 31, 2025, the cumulative undistributed losses in the consolidated financial statements amounted to 331 million yuan, with paid-in capital of 485 million yuan, and the company's unremedied losses exceeded one-third of the total paid-in capital.

The company stated that it will continue to make efforts to adjust various aspects, including maintaining a focus on its main business, steadily increasing large-size capacity and effective utilization; deepening the mainstream application of 8-inch technology, and proactively advancing the industrialization of the full series of 12-inch technology; building brand strength based on high quality and high-quality services to maintain healthy profit margins in the industry; and optimizing product and market structures around the dual drivers of "AI + new energy," among other initiatives
