# The first addition of "Market Value Management" and "Medium to Long-term Capital Entry" columns! How do institutions view this?

On March 27, the central bank held the 2026 Financial Stability Work Conference, proposing to "continuously curb incremental risks, orderly reduce existing risks, and firmly maintain the bottom line of preventing systemic financial risks."

For the first time, the regulatory authorities added columns on "market value management" and "medium- and long-term capital entering the market" in the "Financial Stability Report (2025)," clearly stating the promotion of a virtuous cycle between the capital market and the real economy, and planning to increase the proportion of medium- and long-term capital entering the market. CMSC interprets that this policy direction will strengthen the allocation value of high-dividend, low-volatility assets such as banks, especially benefiting large commercial banks with stable cash dividend capabilities and continuously improving capital adequacy ratios, providing dual guarantees of institutional support for their dividend yields and enhanced market recognition.

As of March 30, 2026, at 10:48, the Dividend Low Volatility (H30269) rose by 0.55%; the CSI Bank Index rose by 0.25%. Data shows that the largest weighted industry for the Dividend Low Volatility (H30269.CSI) index is banking, accounting for nearly 50% according to Shenwan's first-level industry statistics.

As of March 28, the one-year dividend yield for the Dividend Low Volatility Index is 4.42%, while the one-year dividend yield for the CSI Bank is 4.54%; both the Dividend Low Volatility ETF Huaxia (159547) and the Bank ETF Huaxia (515020) have the lowest comprehensive fee rates tracking the index.
