# In "The Big Banks," Citigroup lowered the target price for CG SERVICES to 6.7 yuan and upgraded the rating to "Outperform the Market."

Citi published a research report stating that CG SERVICES (06098.HK) saw a 0.7% increase in gross profit last year, marking the first growth in the past four years. Management expects that profits have bottomed out last year, and core profits will resume growth this year. The bank believes that the company's stable earnings and cash flow provide management with the flexibility to utilize net cash reserves to enhance shareholder returns.

The bank has lowered its earnings forecasts for CG SERVICES for 2026 and 2027 by 4.7% and 8.5%, respectively, and reduced the target price from HKD 7.1 to HKD 6.7. However, due to the attractiveness of the company's yield and its potential for growth, the rating has been upgraded from "Hold" to "Outperform."
