Georgia Capital PLC ( (GB:CGEO) ) has issued an announcement.

Georgia Capital PLC has continued its share buyback and cancellation programme, with Deutsche Bank AG’s London branch purchasing a total of 65,000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange between 23 and 27 March 2026 at volume‑weighted average prices ranging from about 3,514p to 3,637p per share. The company has applied to cancel these repurchased shares, which will reduce the number of outstanding ordinary shares to 34,459,357, effectively increasing the relative ownership of remaining shareholders and signalling ongoing capital management discipline.
